1. What I have learned from this book is that before doing an action (in the book is food) think about it. What in it and what will happen? You think because it’s food it good, NOT! The food in fast-food restaurants has a lot of fat and calories. That’s why many people suffer from obesity. It has taught me to think twice before going to a fast-food restaurant. Is spending my money to buy a milkshake or chicken nuggets worth it? Will it be worth it for the real price that will happen some other time in my life? This is what I have learned. Like some guy said in the book, “Every dollar you spend at a fast-food restaurant is like a vote. ”
2. My opinions haven’t changed. What has happen is that I even have more opinions and have been more informed. I always knew that fast food was not the best and it is so unhealthy. When I was like 4 or 5, I was a healthy, active kid. That’s when I began eating at Burger King, McDonald’s, and Carl’s Jr. I saw the commercials and I went for it. I ate for like 2 years everyday after-school. When I enter 1st grade, something got into me and I said I hate fast food. I stop likening those restaurants and everything on the menu. In the 2nd grade, I saw that I was overweighed. I stayed like that till the 5th grade. I began to lose weight and look at me now in the 6th grade, I am not overweight, I am thin like before. I feel great. I can’t imagine how I would of been like if I didn’t make that choice.
3) My actions changed a long time ago and I don’t regret from the choice I made. I would be so different right now maybe not even writing what I am right now but writing something else, somewhere else because maybe bypass surgery would be so expensive. Maybe I wouldn’t have a Sidekick LX or an iPod Touch. Maybe I wouldn’t have the house I have right now. I probably wouldn’t be able to join Run4Fun because I would get tired easily. I wouldn’t run the mile as fast I can right now. It’s interesting to think what could have been the results if I didn’t make a good choice. One choice can change your future and your life.
I used to didn’t know what the fast food people did and I thought fast food was just regular food but it has bugs and nasty stuff.
How have your actions changed?

2. My opinions haven’t changed that much because I only eat fast food once a week, except that I now really hate going to McDonalds more than ever.

3. My actions really didn’t change a lot because I like how the food tastes but I have been trying to aviod eating it. The only time I really eat fast food is when the whole family is together
I learned many things after I read this book. I learn how people mistreat animals and how they kill them in the slaughter house. I learn that fast food is bad for you and they are really disgusting. And I learn that shouldn’t eat their food.
Yes my opinion changed. Now I stop eating McDonald or any other fast food restaurant.

1. I learned fast-food is really gross and that its like poisoning yourself to be unhealthy.
2. After reading this book in 4th grade I realized that I probably would never eat fast food again but sometimes when i see my dad on Saturday or Sunday I’ll eat In-N-Out with him.
3. The only fast-food I’ll eat is In-N-Out and I took up making synchronized swimming routines for myself (considering I am always in the pool when its warm enough)after reading this book.
1. I learned that we should think about what we eat and to think of where it came from. I also learned that we should be careful of what we eat.

Q:What have you learned from this book?
A:I’ve learned how the food industry treats animals and what they put in food and how dangerous it is to eat fast food and the meat comes from not only one cow so when you eat a burger you are not just eating on type of cow meat .
Q:How have your opinions changed ?
A:I have changed my opinion I did not care how they treated the animals and now I am outraged at what they do to the poor animals.
Q:How have your actions changed?
A:My actions have changed in a big way I now do not eat any type of meat. The only type of meat the only burger I eat is a veggie burger.
I have learned many things from ”Chew On This”. For example:how the workers are treated so badly, also how the workers treat the animals, and I also learned how the meat is gotten (gross!).
My opinions have changed a lot, when ever I hear somebody talk about it I think it’s very gross.
My actions haven’t changed at all! Even if my opinions have changed, when ever I see somebody eating fast food I eat some too.
What i learned from this book is that fast food buys cheap meat so the meat was badly slaughtered. What we eat in fast food places are frozen foods except IN-N-OUT but it’s still unhealthy.
My opinions have changed greatly i have never thought of the things that i read.I always thought that all the fast food places had fresh foods. But now i know how they mistreat animals and immigrant workers.
They haven’t changed greatly but i have been eating more vegetables (EWWW!!!).I kind of been refusing to eat at fast food places except at IN-N-OUT.So my parents been nagging me to stop so they still make me eat it.But my mom is now cooking every day now so we haven’t been eating at fast food places lately.
